Zomato has made an exciting update to address common challenges in offering personalized photo cakes. Previously, this popular option was limited to the offline market, causing longer delivery times due to back-and-forth communication when finalizing images.
To solve these issues, Zomato has introduced a feature that allows customers to upload an image to be printed on their cake directly through the Zomato app. This update brings the convenience of personalized cakes to the online platform, empowering customers to customize their cake images and preview the final product seamlessly.
We are happy to announce that UrbanPiper now supports this feature through our dashboard. For any item with an uploaded photo, you will see an option to easily view and download the image to be printed.
To start using this fantastic new feature, update your Prime Web & App by clicking on the "Update Now” button today!
This update is now available for all our restaurant partners in India.
