The journey with Maristo Hospitality began when UrbanPiper established a strong association with Ralph's Kitchen, a cloud kitchen operating across multiple outlets in UAE. Recognizing the need for increased efficiency in online delivery, UrbanPiper approached Maristo Hospitality to showcase the merits of their solution in one of their brands.

An important factor in this collaboration was the integration with Oracle Gen 2 Symphony, the POS system used by Popeye's. Recognizing the significance of this strategic POS system, UrbanPiper engaged in parallel conversations with their integration team to ensure seamless compatibility. Meanwhile, their focus remained on delivering exceptional results with Ralph's Kitchen, which enabled them to initiate discussions about implementing UrbanPiper at Popeye's.

After receiving the green light from Oracle and having proven stability with Ralph's Kitchen, UrbanPiper successfully closed a deal to implement their solution at all of Popeye's 41 outlets in the United Arab Emirates. Although the partnership started with a single location, UrbanPiper's expansion plans include taking the next 10 outlets live in the coming weeks, with the aim of integrating all Popeye's outlets within the next month.

Maristo Hospitality faced specific pain points that UrbanPiper was uniquely positioned to address. Ralph's Kitchen, as a cloud kitchen, heavily relies on online delivery, where efficiency is paramount due to thinner margins. UrbanPiper's solution enhances the efficiency of online delivery, providing a significant advantage. With Popeye's high-volume operations, seamless integrations became a crucial consideration. Notably, very few players in the market offer integration with Oracle Gen 2 Symphony, making UrbanPiper's custom integration solution highly valuable.
