We’re excited to announce a new feature that will help you improve your order management: Food Preparation Time. This feature lets you set and share your estimated food preparation times with food delivery platforms and customers, so you can optimize your kitchen operations and avoid customer dissatisfaction.
Food Preparation Time allows you to configure two modes for each location: Normal and Busy. You can switch between these modes from your UrbanPiper dashboard, depending on your order volume and kitchen capacity. You can also set custom times for specific orders if needed.

Introducing Weight Based Selling, our new feature that makes it easy to sell items by weight. No more manual calculations—just enter the weight of any item on Prime and get the price instantly. Whether you run a sweet shop, grocery store, meat shop, or any weight-sensitive business, our interface and weight input option will save you time and hassle. You can also manage weight-based and non-weight-based items in the improved cart section, keeping your operations organized.
Available now on the web version, and coming soon to the app.
We’re delighted to introduce a new feature that will make your order placement faster and easier: barcode powered ordering. This feature is ideal for you if you’re in the sweet/namkeen shop industry or dealing with packed items.
With this feature, you can simply scan the item barcodes while creating an order, and they will automatically appear in your order cart. You can also scan the same barcode multiple times to increase the quantity. This feature is available on the web version of Prime POS, and will be coming soon on the app as well.
