Chai Point stores offer unique experiences for customers in different places such as airports, corporate parks among other popular locations. The food chain is also popular for delivering tea and food to offices, the brand now manages a high frequency of orders from its online customers. Chai Point’s food chain model became a great way to connect with its customers and has inspired numerous new chains across the country offering tea and fast food for the Indian crowd.

Challenges

Chai Point realised the potential of online ordering space in the country and set up multiple outlets that now delivered food along with serving in-store. This brought out challenges in managing the menu online, tracking both online and offline orders, and updating orders on multiple dashboards. This process was laborious and time-consuming. The team needed a centralized control over restaurant operations to cut down manual errors and increase operational efficiency.
